Early Exposure FUN MOVE 2025: A Movement for Healthy Body and Soul
The Faculty of Medicine, President University is once again organizing an inspiring and educational health event, Early Exposure FUN MOVE 2025, with the theme “A Movement for Healthy Body and Soul”. This event will take place on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Jababeka Eco Park, inviting the community to be more aware of physical and mental health through various engaging and interactive activities.
This event will feature various activities that are not only fun but also beneficial for the health of all participants. Here is the planned agenda:
Opening by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine
The event will be officially opened by Prof. Dr. Budi Setiabudiawan, dr., Sp.A., Subsp.A.Im., M.Kes, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, President University. In his speech, he will emphasize the importance of maintaining physical and mental health from an early age and how a healthy lifestyle can be implemented in daily life.
Mass Exercise with the Community
To kick off the event with high energy, participants will be invited to join a morning exercise session with the Sunday Morning Exercise Team from Jababeka Eco Park. This activity aims to improve physical fitness while fostering a sense of togetherness among students, lecturers, and the local community.
Health Education at 4 Educational Stations
One of the main activities of FUN MOVE 2025 is interactive health education, conducted through four educational stations. Medical students from President University, under the supervision of faculty members, will provide information and demonstrations on the following topics:
1️⃣ Station 1: Mental Health – Education on the importance of mental health, stress management techniques, and tips for improving psychological well-being.
2️⃣ Station 2: Brain Health – Explanation of how to maintain memory, enhance concentration, and adopt healthy habits for optimal brain function.
3️⃣ Station 3: Healthy Lifestyle – Information on the importance of balanced nutrition, physical activity, and healthy habits to improve overall quality of life.
4️⃣ Station 4: Health Check-up – Participants will have access to basic health screenings, such as blood pressure checks and body mass index assessments, along with medical consultations.
Door Prize Giveaway
As a token of appreciation for active participants, the organizing committee has prepared a variety of exciting door prizes. These prizes will be awarded to participants who engage in all activities and successfully answer educational questions.
